We set out with one clear goal: give Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts a platform they could actually trust — transparent terms, fair games, and a team that genuinely cares about responsible play.
lukpub started as a conversation among people who were frustrated by the state of online gambling platforms available to Pakistani users. The experience was consistently the same: confusing bonus terms, sluggish mobile performance, support teams that responded days later, and almost no acknowledgement that cricket — particularly the Pakistan Super League — is central to how sports fans here engage with the game.
We believed there was a better way. lukpub was built from the ground up with the Pakistani user in mind — not retrofitted after the fact. That means the interface is lightweight enough to run smoothly on a mid-range Android over a mobile data connection in Faisalabad or Peshawar. It means PKR is a first-class currency, not an afterthought. And it means our terms are written so that a person in Lahore or Rawalpindi can actually understand what they're agreeing to before they deposit.
We are an international online gaming platform. We operate with a commitment to transparent information, fair game integrity and robust player-protection tools. We do not make inflated promises. We do not bury conditions in fine print. What you see is what you get — and we think that makes all the difference.
"Gambling should be entertainment — and entertainment should come without nasty surprises. That belief is written into every part of how lukpub works." — The lukpub Team
A team of gaming industry veterans and Pakistan-market specialists came together to identify what was missing in the market — and began designing lukpub from scratch.
The sportsbook went live with PSL, international cricket and major football leagues as the headline offering. Live in-play betting for T20 matches followed shortly after.
We integrated live baccarat, roulette and blackjack tables alongside a growing slots library — giving players an authentic casino feel from any device.
Deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options were added as core platform features — not optional add-ons.
Player feedback drives a regular release cycle. New game providers, improved payment processing and enhanced mobile performance continue to roll out.
What drives every decision we make at lukpub — from product design to customer support response times.
To provide Pakistani players with a premium, transparent and responsible online gaming environment — one where the rules are clear, the games are fair, and player welfare is never sacrificed for commercial gain.
We cover cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, live dealer tables, slots, table games, esports and instant games — all from a single platform designed to work well wherever you are in Pakistan, whether that's Karachi, Islamabad, Multan or anywhere in between.
To be the most trusted name in online gaming for the Pakistani market — recognised not just for the breadth of our game library or the competitiveness of our odds, but for the integrity with which we operate.
We want lukpub to be the platform Pakistani players recommend to each other — because it treated them fairly, kept its promises and genuinely helped them stay in control of their play.
These aren't decorative words on a wall. Each value below directly shapes a specific decision we make about how the platform works, how we communicate with players and how we handle problems when they arise.
Pakistan's cricket culture — from the electric atmosphere of PSL matches in Karachi and Lahore to the national pride of ICC tournament runs — is at the centre of our sports offering. We understand the context in which our players live and we design accordingly. PKR is supported natively. Our support team can assist in Urdu for players who prefer it. And we stay up to date with the events that matter most here.
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions and fee structures are written in plain English and placed where players can find them — not buried in documents most people never open.
Responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion — are built into the core platform, not bolted on as an afterthought. We take problem gambling seriously.
Casino games use certified random number generation. Sportsbook odds reflect genuine market pricing. We do not manipulate outcomes and we do not tolerate practices that would undermine fair play.
Live chat is available 24/7 from within your account dashboard. Email support typically responds within 24 hours. Complex account or payment queries are escalated to a dedicated team rather than left in a queue.
We collect player feedback systematically and use it to drive our release cycle. When players in Rawalpindi or Peshawar tell us something isn't working, we treat that as a priority, not an edge case.
We collect only what we need to run your account and process transactions securely. Your data is never sold to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Six pillars that define the lukpub experience for players across Pakistan.
Bet in real time on PSL, international cricket, Premier League football, UFC events and more. Markets update live so you can react to match momentum as it shifts — critical for T20 formats where things change ball by ball.
Professional dealers, real-time streaming and interactive gameplay — baccarat, roulette and blackjack available 24/7. The closest experience to a physical casino table, accessible from anywhere in Pakistan.
No app download required. The platform runs in your mobile browser and is engineered to load fast on mid-range devices and moderate data connections — a practical necessity for Pakistani users outside major city centres.
All balances, deposits and withdrawals are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Familiar local payment methods are referenced for context. Minimum thresholds and processing times are clearly stated upfront.
Deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion are available to every account holder. These tools are easy to find and easy to activate — because we want you to use them if you need them.
Wagering requirements, bonus conditions and account rules are written in straightforward English. We do not hide critical conditions in footnotes. Read the full terms at any time from the navigation menu above.
