These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lukpub ("lukpub", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://lukpub.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, promotions and customer support.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the lukpub platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

To register and use the lukpub platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use:

• You must be the registered holder of the payment method used to make deposits.

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or associate of lukpub or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity.

lukpub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balance attributable to unverified activity.

Each person may register only one (1) Account on the lukpub platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. lukpub will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify lukpub support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 Verification

lukpub operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit documentation verifying your identity, age and the ownership of your payment method. Standard documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Additional verification may be requested at lukpub's discretion.

By using the lukpub platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to manipulate, defraud or exploit any game, system, promotion or other feature of the platform;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or other non-human access methods;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing or any coordinated scheme designed to achieve an unfair advantage;
• Abuse the bonus or promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns;
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or create derivative works from platform software;
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate through any platform communication channel.

lukpub monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with fraud, abuse, technical exploitation or collusion. Where such patterns are detected, lukpub reserves the right to suspend accounts, void wagers and retain funds pending investigation, without prior notice.

All deposits are accepted in accordance with the payment options displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction. All balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

6.1 Payment Methods

Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and processing timeframes are governed by the current cashier settings and may change without prior notice. References to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are for contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse lukpub, guarantee transaction processing, or have any formal affiliation with this platform.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• lukpub does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out in the cashier and are subject to change.
• lukpub reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger applicable thresholds.
• Deposits used for wagering purposes may be subject to anti-money laundering checks.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set out in the cashier and apply per transaction.
• Any active bonus balance must be handled in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.

7.1 Verification Delays

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by lukpub are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

9.1 Sports Betting

Sportsbook markets, including those for Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and UFC, are subject to the operator's sports betting rules. Odds are displayed in decimal format. lukpub reserves the right to void markets, adjust odds or suspend betting in the event of technical errors, suspicious activity, or market integrity concerns.

9.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by physical game actions conducted by live dealers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as certified by the relevant game provider and are available within the game information panel.

9.3 Error and Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or human error affecting the recording or calculation of any wager, lukpub reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. No liability arises from technical errors beyond the return of the original stake.

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss limits: caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any platform content without written consent;
• Use platform content for commercial purposes or in connection with any competing product or service;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lukpub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses attributable to third-party service interruptions, including payment processing delays;
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any nature;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements;
• Gambling losses resulting from your wagering activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

lukpub reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• Account activity indicates fraudulent, abusive or collusive behaviour;
• A player is identified on a self-exclusion register applicable to this platform;
• Applicable law or regulatory guidance requires account closure;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may contact support to arrange account closure.
